Pharmapack Europe Event formally given the go-ahead
by French Government

Europe’s premier pharma packaging and drug delivery event to stimulate growth in Paris region and pharma internationally

Paris, 9 June 2021: Pharmapack Europe (#pharmapackeu), organised by Informa Markets, has been given the go-ahead to return to Paris by the French Government. Under the gradual re-opening strategy confirmed by President Emmanuel Macron[1], trade shows and exhibitions will return in France from June 9th onwards. The announcement enables Europe’s premier pharma packaging and drug delivery event to return on-site for the first time since February 2020. The event will be held in a hybrid format – featuring a two-week online content programme and a three day in-person event – empowering the industry with greater opportunities to drive forward innovation and partnerships.

Pharmapack Europe will be hosted at Hall 7.2, Paris Expo, Porte de Versailles from 13th to 14th October and to ensure its safe return, the organisers will implement the Informa AllSecure standards – a ten-point safety plan covering onsite policies and protocols.

Ahead of the in-person exhibition, an online content and networking programme (September 27th to October 15th), will provide the pharma packaging and drug delivery community with access to invaluable insights. All content will be free to attend and available on-demand after the event. Live sessions will take place 5-7 October, with three tracks covering digital health, connectivity and patient centricity; sustainable packaging solutions; and combination products, biologics and vaccine delivery.

“The return of Pharmapack Europe will help stimulate vital growth across pharma packaging and drug delivery. We are extremely excited to welcome back
the Pharmapack community and to ensure its safe return, we have introduced a hybrid event, with a wide-ranging online content and networking platform held ahead of the physical exhibition for in-person interaction. This means that attendees can be pre-armed with the latest insights as well as reviewing
content on demand, with the exhibition itself completely dedicated to networking and new business,”
commented Sherma Ellis Daal, Brand Manager at Pharmapack Europe.

Pharmapack Europe will host to a maximum of 5,000 attendees and 410 exhibiting companies from 75 different countries.
