The Exhibitor Manual is your guide to organise a succesfull event, you can find the event timetable, rules and regulations as well as all order forms for any kind of services you may need.
Exhibitor staff badges must be registered via a form in the Exhibitor Manual. A printable ebadge is available for each registered staff member which must be presented when entering the event. Please note that we only accept printed badges; badges shown on electronic devices will not be accepted.
Some scamming companies (including Expo Guide, inter-fairs, Pharmapack Middle East, Tradeconference.info, Fair Express Ltd, GETA, Fairs & Business, International Fairs Directory and GoFair), are tricking exhibitors with misleading directory services. Their activities cover companies throughout Europe, the Americas and Asia. They use a form which resembles an organiser's free catalogue listing service, inviting exhibitors to complete the form for an entry in an on-line directory. Unsuspecting exhibitors who sign and return the form are then contracted into a three-year, non-retractable agreement, which could cost the exhibitor a significant amount of money, with no foreseeable benefits.
