Some scamming companies (including Expo Guide, inter-fairs, Pharmapack Middle East, Tradeconference.info, Fair Express Ltd, GETA, Fairs & Business, International Fairs Directory and GoFair), are tricking exhibitors with misleading directory services. Their activities cover companies throughout Europe, the Americas and Asia. They use a form which resembles an organiser's free catalogue listing service, inviting exhibitors to complete the form for an entry in an on-line directory. Unsuspecting exhibitors who sign and return the form are then contracted into a three-year, non-retractable agreement, which could cost the exhibitor a significant amount of money, with no foreseeable benefits.

We strongly advise all exhibitors and the entire exhibition community, to be most vigilant against this. Find below a list of our official partners:

As the content programme for the 2021 edition of the show will all be delivered digitally, we would like to offer you a digital Learning Lab slot in our programme. The slot will be 20 minutes long and is a great platform for sharing information about your innovative product, approach or solution, or conducting a product demo. Your Account Manager can give you further information on this.

This year, the Pharmapack Europe content programme will be entirely digital, free to attend and hosted on Swapcard in the two weeks prior to the Pharmapack event – from 27th September to 15th October. We know that it’s been a long time since people have been able to come together at an event, which is why we felt the focus of the in-person event should be on networking and meeting current and prospective clients. Hosting the content digitally means we are not limited by social distancing measures in our theatres and can offer insights and knowledge to our entire community.

Maximise your business opportunities with our business match & meet programme: the International Meetings Programme. Further information will be available closer to the event.

Yes, there will be general seating areas where you can have ad-hoc meetings and there is a Match & Meet area where you can book a private meeting room, or a meeting table. Please contact your account manager for more information.

No, this is not needed within the current guidelines.

In 2020, Pharmapack hosted over 5,361 attendees. We anticipate some disruption this year, but we will continue to mitigate the risk and increase marketing efforts. Pharmapack Europe 2021 will expect to host a maximum of 5,000 attendees.

Below you will find the On Stand Total Capacity Guidance which means the number of people you can have on your stand at one given time. This number includes both exhibitors and visitors.

On Stand Total Capacity Guidance:

  • 6m2: 2
  • 9m2: 3
  • 12m2: 4
  • 15m2: 5

At the time of writing, face masks are still mandatory to be worn in France indoors. Only three types of masks will be recommended: surgical, the FFP2 and fabric masks made to category 1 standards. This may change closer to the event date.

If there is an opportunity for you to use technology and digital brochures or product information, then we would recommend you consider this. Physical handouts are not prohibited, but please think about how you present them, i.e. individually sealed instead of multiple bundles onsite.

The content programme will be hosted on a Virtual Event Platform called Swapcard. We recently used this for our CPhI Discover event – it’s very intuitive and easy to use.
