Free marketing tools in the form of customisable web banners, email invites, digital invites and more will be available in the Exhibitor Manual.
Exhibitor staff badges must be registered via a form in the Exhibitor Manual. An digital badge is available for each registered staff member which must be presented when entering the event.
To update your profile in the exhibitor list go to www.cphi-online.com and update your exhibition profile for Pharmapack. Then save and publish and the updates will be reflected on the exhibitor list of the official website.
Some scamming companies (including Expo Guide, inter-fairs, Pharmapack Middle East, Tradeconference.info, Fair Express Ltd, GETA, Fairs & Business, International Fairs Directory and GoFair), are tricking exhibitors with misleading directory services. Their activities cover companies throughout Europe, the Americas and Asia. They use a form which resembles an organiser's free catalogue listing service, inviting exhibitors to complete the form for an entry in an on-line directory. Unsuspecting exhibitors who sign and return the form are then contracted into a three-year, non-retractable agreement, which could cost the exhibitor a significant amount of money, with no foreseeable benefits.

The stand options available are: 6 sqm, 9 sqm, 12 sqm, 15 sqm or a dedicated space in the Start-up Hub.

This platform serves as a one-stop-shop for vital information regarding build-up deadlines, badge requirements, regulations for shell scheme exhibits, technical floorplans, and many other inquiries related to preparing for the show. We will run our events under social government and local authority guidance, as well as any venue or location specific regulations. Date contract signed during which the period falls before 01.09.2022 incurs invoice 1 at time of signing contract (or later at organisers discretion)of 50% of the fees and invoice 2 01.09.2022 (or later at organisers discretion) of remaining balance of fees. Date contract signed on or after 02.09.2022 incurs one invoice at time of signing contract (or later at organisers discretion) 100% of the fees.

There are three steps you will need to follow as a contractor to prepare for the event:
1) Order contractor badges for build up and breakdown – get yours here.
2) Print your badges and have them on your person prior to attending onsite to avoid any delays accessing the venue.
3)Bring the correct Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) if attending with a contractor badge during the build-up and breakdown times. If you forget this you may be denied access, consult our rules and regulations.
* Please note these badges will only allow you access during the build-up and breakdown days of the show. This badge is not valid for exhibition days. The exhibition timetable can be found here.

If you have booked 2 neighbouring stands, please note that the following rules are mandatory for the stand design:
- You must keep the stands separated with fixed walling, with a maximum build height of 2.5m
- The wall may have an element of glass subject to approval nor have moving elements (sliding wall)
- The wall must remain exactly where the split between the rented space. For example, if a space of 12sqm and 15sqm next to each other belong to the same company, having 2 stand designs of 13.5sqm will not be accepted.
- If you have two neighbouring stands each of them to be approved should follow the rules and regulations of space only. For example, using one of the booked spaces for entirely closed off meeting room is not allowed.

Visitors may park in Parking F, level 7.4, which can be accessed via Gate F. Please note that a fee is applicable. The car park is accessible from 8.00am to 11.00pm - exit is available at all hours.

Closer to the event, you will be able to send your accommodation requirements in an e-mail to bnetwork who will put together a tailor-made solution for you or your team. Alternatively, you will also be able to visit their dedicated and secured online booking centre!
International exhibitors might require a VISA to enter France. Don’t leave this too late – it takes time to arrange a visa. We can support your application by providing you a VISA invitation letter*. Please verify on the French government portal if you need a visa.
