Which entrance should be used?

Parking for exhibitors is at gate F, entrance in passageway near pavilion 7, Access Gate F.
Exhibitors will be able to enter the parking garage without a ticket and will receive their parking tickets inside Hall 7.1 at each exhibitor’s stand or else can be picked up from the Organisers Service Centre. The parking ticket will be valid for the two show days.

There are multiple pedestrian gates at the venue, however we advise attendees to make use of Gate A. Please see the venue plan for more details.

What stand options are available in 2018?

The stand options available in 2018 are: 6 sqm, 9 sqm, 12 sqm, 15 sqm or a Space only.
For further information, please refer to the "My Stand Package" section in the ExhibitorKit.

What are the build-up and break-downs times?

PLEASE NOTE: high-visibility vests and appropriate footwear are mandatory during these times.

Can Pharmapack help me to book accommodation?

Pharmapack has appointed b network as official Housing agency. b network has selected a number of hotels ideally situated around the Porte de Versailles.
Preferential rates and a flexible cancellation policy have been negotiated on behalf of Pharmapack in order to facilitate your booking and decision making process. You are recommended to book at your earliest convenience in order to take advantage of the preferential rates.

Exhibiting stand personnel will have access to the exhibition from 08.00h on both days of the event.


Where/when can I book a stand for Pharmapack 2019?

If you are exhibiting in 2018:
- 2 to 3 weeks prior to the event you are going to receive an email about booking your stand for 2019 and,
- during the event on 7 & 8 February, our sales team will visit you on your stand

If you are not exhibiting in 2018 but, coming to Pharmapack:
- come and meet our sales team on stand K70 'UBM Sales stand'

Where can I order Exhibitor Stand Staff Badges?

A maximum of 10 exhibitor badges are included in your stand package. Please use the online registration link provided via the ExhibitorKit to register your stand personnel. Once registered, you will be able to download and print your ebadge; please print it and bring it to the event for easy access.
Alternatively, you will be able to register your badges onsite on Tuesday 6th February from 2pm to 6pm and from 8am on both days of the event. Please note this may result in queuing. All exhibitor badges must be registered in the name of the company and only used by the company personnel working on your stand.

Please note that:

  • While the organisers of Pharmapack can provide you with a visa invitation letter, embassy visa processing times may vary. We advise to request your visa as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
  • Only registered visitors will be able to apply for a visa invitation letter. If you require any assistance with filling in the visa invitation letter form, please contact our Customer Service Team: pharmapack@ubm.com; Tel.: +31 (0)20 708 1637


Where can I order floral, catering, electricity or other items for my stand?

You can do it using the appropriate order forms in the ExhibitorKit.

Where can I find the technical floor plans?

You can access the technical floor plan via the ExhibitorKit or by cliking here.

What are the maximum and minimum building heights?

The maximum height limit for any form of stand fitting, perimeter & partition walls, lighting, structures and/or graphic towers is 2.5m from the hall floor, including platforms and the use of banners and flags. 

I need to arrange some freight for the show, who is the recommended freight company?

DB Schenker is the appointed official freight forwarding and lifting contractor for the event. Only Schenker will be permitted to use any/all lifting equipment onsite.
To order any lifting services or if you have an interest in forwarding freight, please contact DB Schenker.
DB Schenker can inform you of the full address details for freight being sent to the holding warehouse facility or directly by truck to the venue. You will be required to supply comprehensive pre-alerts indicating the quantity of the goods, arrival date at the warehouse or venue and the name of the transport company utilised. Please also note the provisions above regarding Customs Clearance as failure to comply may mean that your deliveries miss the event entirely or in part.

I am building my own stand, when do I need to submit my drawing and to whom?

To process your request to build your own booth, please follow the order form in the ExhibitorKit.
You will need to submit any stand approval documents by 15th December 2017.

How can I promote my company onsite?

How can I invite my clients to the event?

1) Customisable banners
They are a quick, easy and FREE tool that will help you communicate about your presence at the show and drive your contacts to your stand!
These banners come in different sizes, both static and animated, in French and English. All you need to do is fill out your stand number in the banner generator tool - the tool will do the rest and your banner will be ready within seconds. Try it now.

Use these trackable links that allow you to see not only who registered after being invited by you, but also their information such as job title, interests and much more! Replace the standard links on the invitations with your own trackable links. You can create different links to measure what worked best, or to hold a competition with colleagues on who can invite most people! Here’s how it works:

Do you have private meeting rooms that we can book?

What's the International Meetings Programme?
