Pharmapack Europe is supporting the China National Pharmaceutical Packaging Association (CNPPA) with the launch of a new event – the Suzhou Dialogue – which will take place over two days in Suzhou from August 31st until September 1st, 2018 and focuses on the technologies and innovations within packaging and drug delivery systems.
The event is organised by CNPPA in association with Suzhou Industrial Park (SIP). SIP is recognised as the fastest-growing biopharmaceutical valley in China, home to more than 1000 biopharmaceutical companies, including over 700 start-ups and 170 international pharmaceutical companies who have set up their R&D facilities in the zone.
The Suzhou Dialogue will be the first high-level platform in this market to bring together regulators, domestic/international packaging suppliers, testing services providers, CMO and pharma companies. They will gather to discuss how to embrace the latest developments, new trends and technological innovations whilst remaining compliant with international regulatory requirements and China FDA standards.
CNPPA has strategically chosen Pharmapack Europe as a partner in order to attract international innovators in packaging and drug delivery systems to its event.
“Pharmapack is the most impressive first-class event focusing on high-level innovations in pharma packaging and drug delivery devices. By partnering with Pharmapack, we wish to bring the best technologies and products to China. With a growing number of developments in high-value, new drug research in the country, demands for high-quality packaging and innovative drug delivery solutions will increase significantly. Suzhou Dialogue will be China’s unique event helping the pharmaceutical industry to connect with leading solution providers, providing them an arena to discuss their future R&D projects” says Mrs YongYua Gao, Deputy Secretary of CNPPA.
Biocorp, a French company which has twice received awards from Pharmapack for their smart devices has been selected by the organiser to attend the event.
“This is an excellent opportunity to better understand the dynamics of this promising market and connect with its key players” says Arnaud Guillet, Business Development Director at Biocorp.
Other international key players such as West Pharma, BD, Schott, Ompi, DuPont, Perlent Packaging, Clariant and Corning will also participate in the event.
Pharmapack Europe is a leading European exhibition and conference which hosts the prestigious Pharmapack Awards. Each year these awards recognise the innovative packaging solutions and drug delivery devices improving patient/user safety and enhancing patient adherence – comprising both veterinary and medical packaging. The next Pharmapack Europe event will take place February 6th – February 7th, 2019 in Paris.
