Which entrance should I use?

There are multiple pedestrian gates at the venue, however we advise attendees to make use of Gate A. Please see the venue plan for more details.

Where can I see the overview of exhibitors and the floorplan?

What is the minimum age requirement for attending the event?

For reasons of Health and Safety, children under 18 are not permitted into the Exhibition halls. Please ensure that you do not bring a child under the age of 18 to the event site, as we have a legal obligation to turn both you and the child away. If the young person might reasonably be considered to look under the age of 18, we recommend that strong photo-ID (e.g. passport) is brought to the event with them. Unfortunately, if our Security of Floor Managers cannot successfully establish their age, they will be turned away together with the guardian with them at the time.

The Learning Lab is free of charge to attend.

Registration

Where/how can I collect my pre-ordered badge?

Once registered, you will receive your badges by email, please print it and bring it to the event for fast access.
Alternatively, you will be able to register your badges onsite on Tuesday 6th February from 2pm to 6pm and from 8am on both days of the event.

How do I register to visit the event?

Registration is free of charge.

Does my registration for Pharmapack also give access to the Conference, the Workshops, the Symposium and the Learning lab?

Different types of registration packages are available, access depends on what package has been choosen.

Facilities

Will there be wireless internet access?

The venue will provide free basic Wifi.
During Pharmapack 2018 there will be free wifi available for all visitors, exhibitors and delegates. The maximum speed is 2 Mbps and your device will be disconnected after 15 minutes of inactivity. The Network operates on the 2.4 GHz frequency band. Please note that this network will only support basic internet functionalities, such as checking emails. 

What type of restaurant facilities can be found onsite?

3 restaurants/snack bars are providing services in the hall.

What's the International Meetings Programme?

The FREE online International Meetings Programme, provided by goMed2Med®,  is a tool open to visitors and exhibitors allowing both parties to make pre-arranged, mutually beneficial meetings during the event. The system is easy to use, and is supported by an automatic matching function, eliminating the need to manually search databases to find the right business connections.
