If you are in need of a visa to attend Pharmpack Europe, you should start the visa process as early as possible.

While Pharmapack can help with a confirmation of participation letter to support your visa application, getting a visa is ultimately your responsibility and we has no control over, or involvement in, the procedure.

To allow our overseas attendees ample time to prepare, we have opened registration in September, which is earlier than ever before.

This will allow you to collect a confirmation of participation to support your visa application.

How it works:

Step 1: Register for Pharmapack Europe. Please ensure you register using the correct form – exhibitors register via the exhibitor manual, while attendees register here.

Step 2: Request your confirmation of participation. Once you've registered, you can request your confirmation of participation here.

Step 3: Request your visa with the embassy of France in your country of residence. Please remember that Pharmapack has no control over, or involvement in, the visa application and approval procedure.
